We believe that there is a better way to maintain building safety. An innovative, smarter way where information is digitised and easily accessible, paper waste is significantly reduced, and ultimately buildings across the world will be safer.
We're passionate about improving the safety of the buildings we all live and work in, and our mission is to help building owners, managers and service providers do just that.
Our focus
Our focus is on intelligent digitised job management software for building maintenance and compliance. The industry is hugely underserved, yet highly regulated and intricate, and we see this as an opportunity. We are inspired to simplify building safety by developing the world's largest data repository for real-time building information.

To build the best field servicing solution for the Audit, Fire Protection, and HVAC industries, and create a data hub allowing facility managers, building owners, and local government to benefit from real-time compliance information.
Building a global compliance network
As Australia's first building compliance network, we bring auditors, fire and HVAC service providers, owners and managers into one platform.
Since our humble beginnings in 2014 with only two employees, we have grown our team to over 55 full-time staff. We currently maintain more than 20 per cent of all commercial property in Australia. In total, 250,000+ buildings and 2+ million assets are maintained using Uptick technology.
Over the next five years, we'll make real-time compliance the default in the asset protection industry - increasing the visibility of compliance and growing the entire industry.
From Australia, and across the ditch to the UK and beyond
Uptick is the #1 asset maintenance software choice in Australia and in the midst of a global pandemic successfully launching in New Zealand in 2020, and into the UK market in 2021.
Meet the CEO
Aidan Lister, CEO & Founder, drives the strategic direction and leads product development for Uptick. Solution-focused, he has 15 years experience in digital management consulting, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechatronics) from Monash University.
