“You go into the app, check the report, and see the history. Then you know where you are with the job, and you can crack on,” says Anwar.

“We’ve got the total maintenance cover now,” says Scott. “Within that, you get the portal. You can see all the information. You can download all your documents. You can see when we’ve been on site, what assets might not be functioning and why. You can see any quotes that are linked off the back of that.”

Each job is reported at the asset level. Engineers log results, record comments, and take photos.

“With Uptick, you’re passing singular assets,” says Scott. “You’re proving that the engineer’s been to the asset. He’s recorded a result. He’s took a photo.”

This helps Scope provide more accurate service records and track compliance over time.

“When the engineer goes back six months later on a fire alarm system, he knows exactly what 50% he’s got left to complete the year,” says Scott. “You can prove pretty much 100% compliance.”
