The Uptick onboarding process

#1. Goal setting

We work closely with your team to understand your motivation for moving to Uptick.

#2. Data migration

We'll help you migrate your data. We've done dozens of migrations from Firemate and Simpro, allowing us to make your transition as quickly as possible.

#3. Manager training

We work with your management team to train them up and document new processes.

#4. Office training

We'll train (or facilitate training) your office staff in a two day workshop (on or off-site).

#5. Tech training

In trade-specific groups we'll work with all of your technicians to train them on the Uptick app.
