Support for existing customers

Support for facility managers, owners or subcontractors
If you're a facility manager or building owner and you want help with using your Uptick customer portal, or if you're a supplier or subcontractor and have received a workorder or signoff request via our Uptick contractor portal - you'll need to use the contact details provided on that document as we're unable to provide support for privacy reasons.
