A tailored implementation process
Launching over four years ago, the implementation process took a total of three months and was developed specially to DEM Fire’s unique needs and goals.
Uptick provided DEM Fire with a team of dedicated staff to configure the system, while training the office manager, technicians and other staff. During this time, data was migrated from existing software and systems.

Uptick’s Digital Workbook System has allowed DEM Fire to go green.
In an effort to work towards a greener solution, DEM Fire is committed to implementing an Uptick Digital Workbook System in the future, which will replace traditional workbooks which must be left on client sites.
