From a features standpoint, the collaboration with DEM Fire helped us fine tune certain program functionality, our suite of tools for construction and installation projects, and features for tracking workforce management costs.

A tailored onboarding process

The onboarding took a total of three months and was developed specially to DEM Fire’s unique needs and goals.

Uptick provided DEM Fire with a team of dedicated staff to configure the system, while training the office manager, technicians and other staff. During this time, data was migrated from existing software and systems.
